Luxury and exceptionally clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is very good. Make sure you stay in the suite with the bedroom, large balcony, all essentials.

Our stay was a really really nice experience. Everything was really good, the wifi was free. The staff was friendly attentive in all services. The provided service was friendly. The location was excellent, for example, Royal Liver Building was not too far from the hotel. We liked a reasonably priced restaurant with a Chinese menu.
Their staff were not very friendly.

Got marvellous, beautifully maintained room with the bedroom, the balcony, for example. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges upon arrival. The hotel's location was magnificent, close enough to beach and shopping center and other shops across the road, dunes, and Playa del Ingles. Plus, a whimsical amusement center was just a short walk away from the venue.
